If it is necessary to cancel your appointment, please give me 24 hours notice. You may reschedule your appointment or request a refund. Time blocks are subject to availability.

If you fail to give 24 hours notice or keep your appointment at the scheduled time your payment may be refunded, subject to a 50% fee.

Payments are for 15 minute time blocks or any portion thereof.  If you are late to your appointment, the time allotted will not be extended. If you terminate your session prior to the scheduled end time no refunds will be granted.

Refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the time of the scheduled appointment. PayPal and banking fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be made back to the originating source of payment.
